How does the free trial work? Do I need a credit card to try Odyssee Field Service?

You can sign up for a free trial for free, no credit card needed. You will get access to the functionality on the START plan for 15 days. Contact us if you would like to experience another plan during your free trial. Before your trial ends, we will notify you to choose a paid plan to continue using Odyssee Field Service.

What are the different roles and their associated access? Which roles do I pay for?

Customers pay for the number of administrators and technicians using Odyssee. An administrator has full access to every detail of the field service process. Administrators can also manage users, integrations, settings, and billing. A technician has full access to the mobile app.
Every Odyssee Field Service plan also gives access to back-office users and subcontractors. Back-office users can prepare, plan and follow-up on every work order, but cannot edit field service processes nor settings.

A subcontractor has an access to the mobile app that is adapted to its subcontractor status.

Can I cancel at any time?

You can cancel any time before renewal. Cancellation is not immediate but goes into effect at the end of your current subscription

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?

Yes, we provide discounts for charitable nonprofits. For more information, contact us.

How do I purchase? What forms of payment do you accept - credit card and/or invoicing?

You can buy our Start, Grow, Accelerate plans through Odyssee Field Service's billing page using all major credit cards or SEPA Direct Debit. To purchase the Scale plan, please contact our sales team to get set up on invoicing.

How does onboarding work?
