Odyssee Field Service was founded in 2008 by Charles Convent with a simple mission: to help service companies reach field service excellence. In the years since, we’ve grown from a handfull to tens of people, several with field service background.

Today, we give Service Managers all over the world real time overview, control and grip. We offer field service engineers a 100% digital service app so they never have to do the paperwork again. We help you plan and communicate with your customers in the most efficient way.
